Suspension of Redemptions

As noted in the last update to Shareholders on 31 March 2023, there are a number of issues which the Board is currently reviewing as matters of priority, including, among other matters, the Coventry Litigation. As previously noted to Shareholders, these matters could have implications that might affect the Company and its Shareholders. Accordingly, the Board has determined that it is in the best interests of the Company and Shareholders to suspend redemptions pending further review of and developments concerning such matters.

The Board is currently unable to confirm the expected duration of the suspension but is reviewing options to improve the net returns on the Company's cash holdings.
